This cool-down lower body stretch routine has some of the go-to stretches that I do after runs, walks and leg workouts. I added a cheeky hamstring stretch as my hamstrings felt tight!
Feel free to pause the video if you want to hold a particular stretch for longer. One side of the body may need longer than the other (my right side is always tighter than my left).
