Join me for this gentle Pilates class for beginners. The focus of the class is to move your body in a way that feels kind and compassionate. The moves in this class are suitable for complete beginners. Each move is repeated 3-6 times. I have added a voiceover track. Don’t worry about following every instruction on the first go. The more you do revisit and practice, the more information you’ll be able to absorb. The main focus is to stay within your pain-free range and to breathe in and out evenly (you’d be surprised how many people hold their breath).
