Trauma-Informed
A trauma-informed approach acknowledges the profound impact of trauma on a person’s perceptions, behaviours, and overall well-being. It recognises that lived experiences—including marginalisation and feeling unheard—can shape the way individuals navigate the world. By fostering a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment, this approach ensures that healing is rooted in understanding, compassion, and respect.
-
Personalised
While many people share common struggles with eating disorders and disordered eating, no two experiences are the same. Every individual’s journey is shaped by their unique history, identity, and lived experiences. A truly personalized approach acknowledges and respects these differences, recognizing the cultural and societal influences that shape our relationships with food, body, and well-being.
-
Integrative
True nourishment extends far beyond food—it encompasses your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through personalised nutrition and Pilates, you can reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom, fostering a deeper sense of self-trust and balance. This integrative approach supports not just physical health, but also self-acceptance, self-compassion, and a more aligned relationship with yourself.

FAQs
what if i’m not ready to give up on my weight loss goals?
We start exactly where you are—without judgment. While I take a weight-inclusive, anti-diet approach, I am not anti-people who diet. I understand that navigating your relationship with food and your body is complex, and my role is to support you, not dictate your journey.
If you feel trapped by rigid food rules and want a more peaceful, sustainable way of nourishing yourself, I’m here to help. While I don’t focus on weight loss, I wholeheartedly support your healing and recovery process. This isn’t about following my way—it’s about meeting you with compassion, hearing your needs, and walking alongside you in this chapter of your journey.
how long will i need your support for?
For as long as you need. I don’t have a set amount of time that I support people for because everyone’s journey and goals are different. We move at a pace that feels right and safe for you.
will i get a personalised meal plan?
I rarely provide rigid meal plans because true food freedom isn’t about following a set list of meals—it’s about learning to nourish yourself in a way that feels good, sustainable, and aligned with your needs.
That said, we can absolutely spend time planning meals together. My approach is collaborative—we’ll explore what works best for you, taking into account your preferences, cultural foods, routines, and lifestyle. Instead of rigid rules, we’ll focus on flexible meal ideas that help you feel nourished, satisfied, and at ease with food.
This process is about empowering you to make food choices with confidence, rather than relying on an external plan. Over time, you’ll build a way of eating that supports both your physical health and your relationship with food—without the overwhelm or guilt.
Are you a therapist?
No, I am not a therapist, but I work alongside qualified therapists as part of a multidisciplinary approach.
I am a registered nutritional therapist, which is different from a psychotherapist. I hold a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Nutrition and a Level 3 Pilates Mat Diploma. With 8 years of experience in eating disorder recovery, I can provide education on psychological themes related to food, body image, and behaviour change. However, my support is not a substitute for therapy. If deeper psychological work is needed, I can help you integrate nutritional support alongside professional mental health care.
where do sessions take place?
Most of my sessions take place online via Zoom. I also see nutrition clients face to face in Marylebone.
do I have to have weekly sessions?
The frequency of our sessions is entirely up to you. You are in control of your journey, and my role is to provide the level of support that feels right for you—based on your needs, goals, availability, and financial resources.
Many clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish a strong foundation. As you gain confidence and feel more in tune with your body and eating patterns, we can gradually space out sessions until you feel ready to continue on your own. There’s no rigid timeline—we move at your pace, ensuring you always feel supported, never pressured.
