I filmed this 10-minute gentle Pilates whilst I was on holiday in Penzance, Cornwall. It has some of my favourite gentle Pilates moves so I hope you enjoy it too!
This cool-down lower body stretch routine has some of the go-to stretches that I do after runs, walks and leg workouts. Feel free to pause the video if you want to hold a particular stretch for longer. One side of the body may need longer than the other.
This standing Pilates workout will challenge your balance and focus. Feel free to use a chair or a wall for support.
