Gentle Upper Back Workout for Strength & Mobility

This Pilates flow is focused on the thoracic spine (upper spine). It's a area that for most doesn't get as much movement and so I thought it would be good to give it some love. I've given some variations for some of the moves feel free to use these or even self modify any of the moves.
